Developing a greater understanding of your vocation as an educator is as important as developing the knowledge, skills, and practice of a teacher. 海角社区 offers a variety of programs to help future educators make a difference in the lives and learning of P-12 students.
Program for BIPOC future teachers
Among the distinctive features of 海角社区鈥檚 Education Department is our commitment to educating teachers to lead our state鈥檚 increasingly diverse classrooms. Our Thrive program is for BIPOC students at 海角社区 pursuing a degree in K-12 education. Thrive aims to support students in all aspects of their higher education experience.
Education degrees for busy professionals
Degree and/or licensure programs are also available in our program鈥攁 flexible bachelor鈥檚 degree program for working professionals offered in a hybrid-learning format that combines face-to-face classroom instruction with the convenience of online learning.
